Consumer Follow Through

When it comes to the follow through of a consumer, you need to be easy to contact. Often times, I see businesses with their phone number listed on their website, but no other way for people to get ahold of them. In today’s day and age, convenience is king. So, having a form or email address for people to reach you at is crucial.

While your website’s functionality is important, you also want to be consistently active on your social media. Consistency tells the consumer that you are available to talk to them and answer their questions. People are much more likely to message you on social media than to call you directly.

If you can provide several different ways for people to get in touch with you, you will find that they will follow through. Your website and social media presence need to work together. One cannot support you without the other. Spend some time looking at them as a potential customer. Think about how you follow through and consider necessary changes.
